Overnight, two 24 Hours in A&E episodes carry things through to the High Street shopping strand from 3:45am.

Two more episodes close the night. The 10pm edition includes a teenager needing brain surgery and a young gymnast with a wrist injury (series 18, episode 15); the 11:05pm follow-up covers a stroke patient and a child with a suspected neck injury from a playground fall (series 18, episode 16).
