ITV2 TV Guide: Listings, Schedule & What’s On ITV2 Tonight

Daily TV Guide

ITV2 is ITV plc’s young-skewing entertainment channel, aimed at the 16-34 audience since it launched back in December 1998, and it has been home to Love Island since the show’s 2015 revival made it the channel’s biggest draw by some distance. You’ll find it on Freeview channel 6, and it streams live and free on ITVX. Tuesday’s evening runs a proper primetime stack rather than a film: Celebrity Catchphrase opens at 6pm, a new Floor US and The 1% Club follow through 7pm and 8pm, then a new Love Island takes the 9pm slot before The Debrief carries the night past 10pm. A Family Guy double bill and American Dad! close things out from 10:35pm. Channel numbers for every platform are in the table further down.

What’s on ITV2 today

Tuesday on ITV2 opens with a run of unscripted daytime staples rather than films. Backyard Builds and Deal or No Deal fill the 6am hour, then Dress to Impress at 7:30am and Georgia and Tommy: Baby Steps at 8:30am carry things through mid-morning. The Only Way Is Essex airs at 9:25am, followed by a Real Housewives double covering Salt Lake City and Orange County, before Dinner Date and Supermarket Sweep take the lunchtime slots. The Floor US gets a same-day repeat at 2:10pm ahead of tonight’s new outing, then TOWIE and both Real Housewives strands repeat through the afternoon until Celebrity Catchphrase opens the evening proper at 6pm.

ITV2 Tonight — Primetime and the Evening Schedule

Here’s the ITV2 primetime line-up for tonight, Tuesday 14 July 2026.

Celebrity Catchphrase — ITV2, 6pm

The celebrity spin-off of Roy Walker’s old teatime format sticks to the same idea: two famous faces buzzing in on “say what you see” picture rounds, with the studio doing most of the groaning at the puns.

The Floor US — ITV2, 7pm

A new episode sees contestants defend their squares on a giant illuminated grid, each one betting their patch of the floor on a category they’d rather not lose. It’s the original American version rather than the ITV1 remake, and the tension holds up just as well without Holly Willoughby hosting.

The 1% Club — ITV2, 8pm

Lee Mack’s puzzle quiz cares less about trivia than logic, which is why a question a child could answer regularly clears out a room full of confident adults. Tonight’s outing keeps that format doing exactly what’s made it one of ITV2’s steadier non-Love Island draws.

Love Island — ITV2, 9pm

Maya Jama hosts as the villa pushes into the back half of the series, with tonight’s episode picking up the fallout from whatever the last recoupling or challenge stirred up. Iain Stirling’s narration keeps things wry even when the on-screen mood isn’t, and the 9pm slot remains the single biggest reason most viewers have ITV2 on at all. Expect couple check-ins, at least one dramatic conversation by the firepit, and a cliffhanger to carry into tomorrow.

Love Island: The Debrief — ITV2, 10:05pm

The companion show picks over whatever just happened in the villa, with panellists and fresh clips unpacking the episode within minutes of it finishing.

Family Guy — ITV2, 10:35pm

The first half of a Family Guy double bill marks the point where ITV2 hands the night over to its long-running animation rerun block.

Family Guy — ITV2, 11:05pm

A second helping follows straight after.

American Dad! — ITV2, 11:35pm

Seth MacFarlane’s other animated family closes out the schedule before ITV2 moves into its overnight comedy reruns.

What kind of shows are on ITV2

Reality TV and dating formats

Love Island is the show ITV2 is built around, but Dress to Impress, Celebrity Dinner Date and the various Deal or No Deal spin-offs were filling the daytime schedule with the same low-stakes, personality-driven entertainment long before Love Island existed.

Comedy and US animation

Family Guy, American Dad! and Bob’s Burgers make up the backbone of the late-night schedule. None of it is exclusive to ITV2, but there’s enough of it in circulation that a rerun is on somewhere between 11pm and 3am most nights.

Family films

Weekend evenings bring a run of family-friendly animated and studio comedy films, DreamWorks and Fox titles like the Ice Age and Madagascar series among them, filling the gap between daytime game shows and ITV2’s own primetime shows.

How to watch ITV2

Channel numbers

Here’s where to find ITV2 across the main UK television platforms:

Platform Channel
Freeview 6
Sky 118
Virgin Media 115
Freesat 113
ITV2+1 on Freeview 29
ITV2+1 on Sky 218
ITV2+1 on Virgin Media 315
ITV2+1 on Freesat 114

ITV2 is free on all of the above platforms, no subscription required. Regional variations mean your own on-screen guide is the definitive source if a number here doesn’t quite match.

Streaming online

ITV2 streams live and free through ITVX, ITV’s streaming service, at itv.com/watch and via the ITVX app on smart TVs, iOS, Android, Amazon Fire TV and most games consoles. You’ll need a free ITVX account, which takes a couple of minutes to set up and costs nothing. Full episodes of Love Island, Family Guy and most other ITV2 shows are also available on demand shortly after broadcast.

ITV2 +1 and sister channels

ITV2+1 repeats the schedule an hour behind on Freeview 29, Sky 218, Virgin Media 315 and Freesat 114, handy if you sit down at 9.15pm and would rather catch Love Island closer to the start. Beyond the timeshift channel, ITV2 sits alongside ITV1, ITV3 and ITV4 in the ITV plc portfolio, and it’s not unusual for a show to premiere on ITV1 before turning up on ITV2 in a later slot.

Verdict

ITV2 knows exactly what it is. One enormous hit, and a schedule built around not getting in its way. That’s not a criticism. Love Island is a genuine event, the animation reruns are dependable, and the daytime game shows fill their slots without fuss.

Tonight the quiz hour does the warm-up work. Celebrity Catchphrase, The Floor US and The 1% Club hand over cleanly to a new episode of Love Island at 9pm, with The Debrief keeping the momentum going past 10pm. A Family Guy double bill and American Dad! see the night out for anyone still up past 11pm.
