Two decades on, it’s ITV plc’s channel for live sport and archive action, running everything from live racing to reruns of classic drama and American sitcoms. Monday 7 September has no live sport at all: daytime runs on classic action reruns, Magnum, P.I., The Sweeney, The Professionals and Minder among them, before Ice Road Truckers: Deadliest Roads and The Motorbike Show open primetime and the 1988 film Red Heat takes the 9pm slot.
